She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Curtis Smith Sr. and Ethel Hinde Smith; and her husband Billy Ralph Baucom. She is survived by: her siblings, Olivia Hodges of Charlotte and Curtis Smith, Jr. of Monroe; her grandchildren, Travis Baucom (Nicole) of Georgia, Andrea Linthicum (Chris) of Monroe, Jessica Stewart of Marshville, Cody Baucom of Fayetteville and Heath Cranford (Lisa) of Monroe; and her great grandchildren, Piper and Paisley Linthicum. She is also survived by four children.
Due to health concerns from the pandemic, a memorial service to celebrate her life will be private.
