He was predeceased by: his aunt Carrie Nichols; and his children, Priscilla West and Robert West. He is survived by: his children, Cherry Hackney, Dena West of Port, ST, Muriel Culbertson of Middletown, Elizabeth Walker of Mooresville, NC, Tonie Dean of Richmond, VA, David West of Moncure, NC and Hayward West of Laurelton, NY. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and longtime dear friends.
