With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Franklin O'Neal of Mocksville, North Carolina, who passed away on October 4, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father John Frank; his stepmother Stella Elizabeth "Babe" Tutterow O'Neal; and his brother John Henry (Frances O'Neal). He is survived by: his wife Ruby Safley O'Neal; his son Franklin O'Neal (Lynette); his grandchildren, Taylor O'Neal, Ashlyn Hicks, Kolby Hurt and Avery Hicks; his sister-in-law Verna Webb (Jim); his niece Charlene Hayes (Jimmy); his nephew Matthew Webb (Pam); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Archer and Nixon.
