She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Wesley Willetts and Tressie Dilsaver Willetts; her husband Charles "Woody" Douglas Goodwin, Sr.; her granddaughter Lyndsey Goodwin Palmer; and her siblings, June Ernst and Dan Willetts, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Charles Douglas Goodwin, Jr., Tracey Goodwin and James "Eddie" Goodwin; and her grandchildren, Douglas Goodwin, Whitney Cooper and Daniel Gough. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trellis Supportive Care or to Senior Services of Davie County.
