He was predeceased by: his sister Michelle. He is survived by: his wife Amanda N. Chapman Campbell; his daughter Gracie; his stepsons, Xavier and Nicholas; his brother Michael (Andrea); and his nieces and nephews, Anaia, Gavin and Mya.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses.
