As Thomas Dillard departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Thomas Dillard may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Thomas Dillard leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, T. Albert Shermer and Iris C. Shermer of Winston-Salem. He is survived by: his children, Cameron Bell (Ray), Casendra Woodward (Shane) and David Shermer (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Amanda Bell, Raymond Bell, Megan Shermer, Colin Shermer, Ben Shermer and Mary Erin Woodward.
