She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Webber and Sudie Belle Webber; her husband Julius Edward Suiter; and her siblings, James Avery and Susie Ann Seigle.

She is survived by: her children, Brooke Suiter and Brian Suiter (Kim); her grandchildren, Xavier, Shemarr Rothwell, Justin Suiter, Evyn and Sterling Mills; and her siblings, David Webber (Beatrice), Anthony Webber (Shelia), Derek Webber, Golden Williamson (Gene) and Patricia Webber. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
