She was predeceased by: her parents, L. D. Morris and Luna Jeanette McCaskill Morris; her husband Joseph Wilkinson Thompson; her grandson Clark Williams; and her great grandchild Ryan Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Lou Anne Nafe (Scott) of Granite Falls, Betty Malpass (Alvin) of Mocksville and Rodney Thompson (Deborah) of Lexington. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Eaton Funeral Service (325 N Main St, Mocksville, NC 27028). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Eaton Funeral Chapel (325 N Main St, Mocksville, NC 27028).
