He was predeceased by: his parents, James Vern and Eleanor Woodruff Frye; his wife Ann Sain Frye; and his son William Sanford "Sandy" Frye. He is survived by: his girlfriend Linda Michael; his sisters, Pat Frye Foster (Mike) and Kathy Frye Cornatzer (Emory); his son Randy Boger (Jayne); his grandchildren, William Samuel "Sam" Frye (Jessica), William Nicholas "Nick" Frye, Elizabeth Holt, Katie Boger Eldreth and Halleigh Golding; his great grandchildren, Piper Frye and Luke Foster; and his daughter-in-law Debbie Frye. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Lambert Funeral Home & Cremation Service - Mocksville (635 Wilkesboro St, Mocksville, NC 27028). A reception was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to be considered to the donor's choice.
