It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Robert Sanford of Mocksville, North Carolina, born in San Bernardino, California, who passed away on June 29, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Mack and Doris Joann Deam Sanford; his close friend Becky Anne Lipke Ruiz; and his brother Steve Sanford. He is survived by: his children, Jim Michael Sanford, Gary Russell Sanford and Randi Rachel Sanford; his siblings, Rick Sanford, Chris Sanford, Kenneth Sanford, Tom Sanford and Jennifer Delatore; his grandchildren, Mikey Gibson, Levi Sanford, Tommy Lee Sanford, Savannah Sanford, Breeze Parker, Izaak, Jacob Woerz and Gary Erich Sanford; and his great grandchild Myles Xavier Parker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
