He was predeceased by: his brother Marcus Gaither. He is survived by: his parents, Rosa Lee Martin and Robert Gaither of New York; his stepmother Clara Gaither of New York; his sisters, Tawana Gaither of New York, Miriam Gaither of New York and Sandy Gaither of New York; his nieces and nephews, Chanel, Emily, Shanice, Dyshaun, Jaylan and LaMar; and his aunts, Helen Martin and Charlene Martin. He is also survived by family members and friends.
