He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Cuthrell and Sue Cuthrell. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Boger Cuthrell; his son Chevis Cuthrell (Lianna); his sister Jo Anne Davis (Donnie); his grandchildren, Carter Cuthrell and Avery Cuthrell; his nephew Robin Davis (Amy); his nieces, Rebecca O'Neal (Ryan) and Stacie Dixon (Micheal); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bella O'Neal, Tee, Ty, Thatcher Davis, Becca, Ethan, Brynna and Hadley Dixon.
