He was predeceased by: his father Ray Karriker; his wife Carolyn Christopher Karriker; and his siblings, William Karriker, Pressley Karriker, Junior McCullen, Delmer McCullen, Sara Harless and Margaret Huffman.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Roseman (David) and Richard Grey Karriker, Jr. (Cynthia); his brothers, Robert Karriker (Linda), Kermit Karriker and Jimmy Karriker; and his grandchildren, Josh, Paul, Anna, Grey, Becca and Ryan. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
