He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul William and Hazel Seamon Wagoner; and his brother Johnny Wagoner. He is survived by: his wife Sallie Richie; his daughter Laurie Stone (Robert); his grandchildren, Sterling and Joshua Stone; and his sister Brenda Talbert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
