He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul William and Hazel Seamon Wagoner; and his brother Johnny Wagoner. He is survived by : his wife Sallie Richie; his daughter Laurie Stone (Robert); his grandchildren, Sterling and Joshua Stone; and his sister Brenda Talbert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be considered for Eatons Baptist Church Cemetery fund, 495 Eatons Church Road, Mocksville NC 27028.
