He was predeceased by: his father Norman Harold Boger, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Ann Boger Cranford; his wife Kathy Canupp Boger; his daughter Kelly Boger Smith (Eric); his sister Sandra Hall (Lewis); and his nieces, Lori, Deree, Jennifer, Summer, Lindsey and Abbey.
