She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Buren and Esther Mae Woodward Williams; her husband Jim Holt; and her siblings, Jackie Williams, Kenneth Williams and Linda Drane.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Wall (Billy) of Mocksville, Gary Holt (Teresa) of Advance, Tammy Williams (Tim) of Florida and Gina O'Brien (Mikey) of Mocksville; her grandchildren, Brent Wall (Kerri), Beth Carter (Justin), Jamey Holt (Julie), Brittany Tugwell (Bryan), Tiffany Watts (Joe), Travis Williams (Callie), Tobie Hinson (Dylan), Brandon O'Brien (Leighann) and Jennifer O'Brien; and her sister Jeanette Ridenhour (Bud) of Mocksville. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
