It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Marie Shortt Doub (Mocksville, North Carolina), who passed away on June 20, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Gaston Marvin; her son Toby Lee Doub; and her grandson Jerry Thomas Barnes, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Melinda Barnes of Advance and Susan Williams (Frankie) of Advance; and her grandchildren, Stephen Timothy Barnes (Tracy), Toby Lee Williams (Dallas) and Austin Thomas Williams (Liz). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
