She was predeceased by: her parents, William Moody Whitaker and Eva Booe Whitaker; her siblings, Dorsette Whitaker, Bruce Whitaker and Mary Jane Ratledge; and her son-in-law Jimmy Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Lydia Taylor, Ricky Wells (Michelle) and Bradley Wiles (Judy); her brother Tom Whitaker (Patty); her grandchildren, Amy Gobble (Lee), Amber Wilson (Chris), Leslie Taylor, Kelsey Wells, Karley Wells, Kayla Snyder, Casey Barneycastle, Madison Robinson (Troy) and Ella Wiles; and her great grandchildren, Gracie Gobble, Brody Gobble, Andrea McBride, Blake McBride, Paisley Taylor, James Martin, Raelynn Wells and Harper Atwell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to the Cancer Society.
