She was predeceased by: her father William Leroy Meadows; her uncle William Cecil Phelps; and her grandparents, Otis, Lucy Phelps, Coyt and Virginia Meadows.
She is survived by: her mother Linda Faye Phelps; her husband Robert Kennedy; her children, Lydia Kennedy and Elijah Kennedy; and her sister Robin Meadows.
