He was predeceased by: his son Dallas Lee Hollar; his great-grandparent Dallas Logan; and his grandfathers, Johnny Wagoner and Jerry Howell. He is survived by: his parents, Jason Ray and Christina Renee Wagoner Hollar of Mocksville; his wife Macie Renee Hensley Hollar; his son Waylon Ray Hollar; his sister Jasie Mae Elizabeth Hollar; his parents-in-law, Harry Lee and Lorie Adams Hensley of Elkin; his grandparents, Ray, Kaye Hollar of Advance and Linda Howell of Lexington; and his friend Trent McDaniel. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bright Light Baptist Church (478 Trinity Rd, Statesville, NC 28625). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
