She was predeceased by: her parents, Hardin Chunn and Beulah Foster Chunn; her husband Melvin Mock; and her granddaughter Niesa Mock. She is survived by: her sons, Dexter Mock of Mocksville and Derrick Mock, Sr. (Abony) of Mocksville; her grandchildren, Christopher Mock (Keisha), Anitria Mock, Markita James, Aisha Mock and Derrick Mock, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Micah, Damarian, Vernon Lee III, Preston, Tyzir, Christian, Aliyah and Alijah; and her siblings, Gene Chunn (Gail) of Salisbury, Paul Chunn of Tampa Bay, Frankie Cox of Greensboro, Connie Nichols (Alan) of Cooleeme and Wilmenia Diddly (Anthony) of Salisbury. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
