She is survived by: her daughter Mitzi Wood (Chip); her stepdaughter Shannon James (Tommy); her grandson Dylan Wood; her stepgrandchildren, Marshall James (Danielle) and Kandy Cornwell (Cale); her brother Garland Russell; and her close friend Kathy Edwards. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
