She was predeceased by : her parents, John W. Woodward and Zelma McClamrock Woodward; her former life partners, Edgar N. Chaffin and Charlie Harding Blackwelder; her husband Marvin H. Collins; her son Bradley Blackwelder; her siblings, Clair Bone, Mabel Wrenn, Arthur Woodward, Rod Woodward, Ike Woodward and Jack Woodward; and her sons-in-law, Ernie Bordeaux and Harold McGee.

She is survived by : her children, Della Chaffin Bordeaux of South Carolina, Fran Chaffin Clayborne (Dave) of Florida, Cindy Chaffin McGee of Mocksville, Debbie Blackwelder Hendrix (Chris) of Mocksville and Tracie Collins McKinney of Mocksville; her grandchildren, Jake McKinney, Lee Riddle (Pat), Eric Riddle (Shanna), Carrie Bordeaux Gathings (Chad), Tori McGee Langlois (Dan), Maggie Hendrix and Rebecca Hendrix Lively (Jay); and her brother George Woodward of Clemmons. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
