She was predeceased by: her father Edward Alex "Bill"; and her sisters, Jean Hill, Peggy Wilson, Annie "Opal" Wood Brown and Mattie Sue Wood Hicks.
She is survived by: her sisters, Patsy Laird of Mocksville and Kathy York of Mocksville; and her son Eddie Hill.
