He is survived by: his wife Minnie Robbins Burnett; his children, Chantele McDermott (Jonathan) of Florida and Larry Burnett of Wilmington; his stepchildren, Tabatha Siegrist (Andy) of Clemmons, Samuel Waller (Debra) of Sophia and Josh Waller of Morganton; his grandchildren, Madison McDermott, Skyla Burnett and Carter Burnett; and his pet Ambro. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
