He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Lee Smith and Vila Mae Tuggle Smith; and his sister Jeanne Boger Smith. He is survived by : his wife Kimberly Ree Dorsett Smith; his children, Shawn Levan (Katie) and Amanda McPherson; his stepdaughter Amy Leonard; his sisters, Patty Salmons (James) and Diana Pritchard (Tony); his grandchildren, Jayden, McKenzie, Paisley, Fisher and Ivy; and his close friends, James, Kay Driver and Ken Broadway.
