She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Lee and Diane Moore McIntyre; and her brother David McIntyre. She is survived by: her daughter Lillian Diane McIntyre; her sister Crystal Cleary (Scott); her nephews, Jacob McIntyre (Addie) and Austin McIntyre (Brianna); her great-nieces, Raeleigh McIntyre and Salem McIntyre; and her sisters-in-law, Deborah Hill, Patty Guidry, Stephanie McClannon and Felecia McSwain. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be considered for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
