It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Lane Summerlin Tanner of Mocksville, North Carolina, born in Beulaville, North Carolina, who passed away on April 24, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Roland; and her daughter Joyce Ann Davenport. She is survived by: her children, Lisa McBride (Jimmy) of Welcome, Jeanette Chavis of Mt. Olive and David Tanner (Holly) of Mocksville; and her sister Joyce Gautier of Seven Springs. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
