She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Hendrix (Donna) of Tyro, Jack Hendrix (Tami) of High Point and Alan Hendrix (Janice) of Walkertown; her brother Earl Church of Sanford; her grandchildren, Chance Hendrix, Trevor Hendrix, Meredith Hendrix, Cameron Hendrix and Parker Hendrix; and her great grandchildren, Graham William Hendrix and Elaine Piper Hendrix.
