He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Newton Lowery, Sr. and Ruby Lowery (Bracken); his daughter Memory Lowery; and his sister Shirley Lowery Wheeler. He is survived by: his son Dustin Lowery (Heather) of Mocksville; his siblings, Grover Lowery (Cindy) of Madison, NC, Alice Zalascek of Mocksville, Reba Lawter of Mocksville and Kaye Long of Chadwick, GA; and his grandchildren, Katelyn Finney (Zach), Austin Lowery, Chloe Sammons, Christina Sammons, Anna Lowery and Jamie Darby. He is also survived by two great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, his dog.
