He was predeceased by: his father John Benjamin Howell; and his sons, Drew and Davis Howell. He is survived by: his mother Helen Elizabeth Howell (Wooten); his wife Rita Howell of Boonville; his son Ben Howell; his brothers, Doug Howell (Elaine), Danny Howell (Deana) and Derrick Howell (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Payton Howell and Titus Wilmoth.
