He was predeceased by: his wife Idell Marie Jones; and his parents, William Boyce Jones and Peggy Ann Chandler Jones. He is survived by: his siblings, Kirby Ray Jones, Camilla Ann Turner and Donna May Spry; his nieces and nephews, David Shane Tysinger, Justin Spry, Wendy Ann Steed and Angela Shore; his great-nephew Carter Tysinger; and his great-nieces, Kinzington Steed and Addison Tysinger.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Davidson Funeral Home - Lexington (301 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel (301 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292).
