He was predeceased by: his father William Aubrey; and his siblings, Ernest Seamon, Ann Snider, Jay Seamon and Mary Cartner.

He is survived by: his wife Louise Bailey Seamon; his children, Kazann Joyner of Mocksville and Randy Seamon (Karen) of Mocksville; his grandchildren, Brooke Horan, Michael Gravatt (Britney), Will Seamon (Krystal) and Zach Seamon; his great grandchildren, Luke Horan, Hope Horan, Ethan Horan, Noah Horan and Aubrey Gravatt; and his sister Betty Lowtharpe of Statesville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
