He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Elizabeth Seaford Spry; and his wife Donna Marie Taylor Lambe. He is survived by: his son Dillon Lambe (Rachel) of Mocksville; and his grandson Jackson Grant Lambe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
