He is survived by: his wife Myra Hellard; his children, Jason Hellard of Mocksville and Heather Jarvis of Clemmons; his grandchildren, Naomi Hellard, Sage Jarvis and Summer Jarvis; and his brother Ron Hellard (Elissa).
