It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harvey Forester Baynes of Mocksville, North Carolina, who passed away on July 22, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude F. Baynes and Gertrude Baynes (Sowers); his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Baynes (Jarrard); his daughter Diane Baynes; his stepdaughters, Tammy Alspaugh and Paula White; and his siblings, Jack Baynes, Margaret B. Hampton, Hazel M. Wall and Lucile B. Smith.
He is survived by: his daughter Sharon Davis (Mark); his stepsons, Mark Masten and Chad Masten; his grandson Michael; and his close friends, Brad Moore and Greg Goble.
