She is survived by: her husband Miguel Aviles Cruz of Mocksville; her sons, George Aviles (Roberta) of Mocksville and Daniel Aviles of New York; and her brother Manuel Soler of Puerto Rico. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
