She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Cline and Eva Wagoner Cline; her husband Zeno Jack Adams; and her siblings, Odell Cline, Hazel Shelton, Walter Cline, Floyd Cline, Calvin "Coolie" Cline, Lois Witt, Addys Hutchens, Ruby Heidt and Hoyt Cline.
She is survived by: her children, David Adams (Teresa), Cecil Adams (Donna), Roger Adams (Brenda) and Carol Mock (Tom); her grandchildren, Lisa Mitchell, LeAnn Hinshaw, Gina Smith, Nathan Adams, Heather Adams-Perry, Shelley Adams, Pamela Taylor, Crystal Tollenaer, Lori Linville and Dugan Adams; her great grandchildren, Hannah West of John, Bethany Mitchell, Rebekah Mitchell, Andrew Mitchell, Philip Mitchell, Nathan Mitchell, Lydia Mitchell, Naomi Mitchell, Miles Hinshaw, Ashlyn Hinshaw, Chase Smith, Gavin Smith, Clohe Adams, Carson Adams, Tabatha Weaver, Kyle Killingsworth, Brandon Killingsworth, Abby Taylor, Graysen Tollenaer and Liliana Linville; and her great great grandchildren, Bryson Smith, Levi West and Amberlin Weaver.
