He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Guy Cole Falgout; his daughter Nicole D'Ann Falgout Sweet (Robert) of Mocksville; his siblings, A. J. Falgout, Debbie Romero and Rivera Hoggatt; and his granddaughter Taylor D'Ann Thompson.
