He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Edgar and Sarah Elizabeth Turrentine Sain; and his son Stephen Gray Sain. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Dianne Daniels Sain; his children, Michael D. Sain (Karen) and Laticia S. Wooten (Roger); and his grandchildren, Michael Dean Sain, Jr. (Jerri Ann), Alexander Stephen Sain (Lindsay), Kelsey Dianne Wooten and Olivia Arlease Wooten. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
