She is survived by: her husband John Daniel Jefferies, Jr.; her sons, John Daniel Jefferies, III and Eric Dewayne Sloan (Jefferies); her siblings, Samuel Sloan, Jr., Raymond Sloan, Jerry Odell Sloan and Christine Rodriguez; her daughter Jacqueline Jefferies Arnold (Joseph); her brothers, Vernon Calvin Sloan (Rosetta) and Robert Hogue (Essie); and her grandchildren, Jamiese Arnold, Jamon Jefferies (Deb), Joseph Jackson (Tia), Jawaugn Arnold (Katrine), Seneca Dulin and Kendrick Lawrence. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
