He was predeceased by: his parents, Rossie Lee Harris and Doris Virginia Elmore. He is survived by: his wife Betty Phillips Harris; his daughter Monica Harris Frye (Scott); and his grandson Rossie "Ross" Dean Hoffner. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
