He is survived by: his children, Rosalind Mayfield, Derrick Wilson and Brien Foote (Stormy); his sisters, Nannie James of Statesville, Barbara Gaither of Statesville, Audrey Ramseur and Virginia Beach; his aunts, Lottie Chambers and Betty James; his uncle Shirley Ramseur (Mildred); his close friend Portia Wilson; his cousin Priscilla Cockerham; and his close friend Perry Wayne Lackey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
