He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Catawba and Mary Magdaline Massey Brunson; his brother Steven Brunson; and his grandson Dennis Dean Brunson III. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Howell Brunson; his sons, Dennis Dean Brunson, Jr. (Mandy) of Rock Hill, SC and Heath Brunson (Teresa) of Hagerstown, Maryland; his brother Gary Brunson (Valerie); and his grandchildren, Amber, Logan, Taylor, Gage and Makenna. He is also survived by Four great grandchildren.
