He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth William Finley, Sr. and Elnita Ruth Thorn Finley. He is survived by: his wife Jami Cherilyn Riggs Finley; his children, Megan Batton (Adam), Morgan Murphy (Shawn), Christyn Finley, Elizabeth Calderon (Narciso) and Zachary Finley (Danielle); and his brother Dr. Kenneth William Finley, Jr. (Dorothy) of Paris, TX. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
