It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Ray Young of Mocksville, North Carolina, who passed away on May 27, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Bolen Alvin and Beaulah Mae Frazier Young; and his brother Freddy Young. He is survived by : his children, Shane Young (Amy) of Mocksville, Tracy Young Glass (Derek) of Greensboro and Chelsea Young (Trevor Albarran) of Charlotte; his close friend Jan Villaire of Mocksville; his sister Judy Young Petticord (Blaine) of Mocksville; his granddaughter Maggie Smith Young; his nieces, Penny Young of Clemmons and Casey Petticord Dyson (Allen); and his great-nieces, Addyson of Mocksville and Caroline of Mocksville.
