It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chad David Blackwelder of Mocksville, North Carolina, who passed away on November 22, 2022, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Davis Blackwelder. He is survived by: his wife Kerry Rae Blackwelder; his daughter McKenzie Blackwelder; his mother Patricia Wooten Roberts of Mocksville; his stepmother Cathy Blackwelder; his siblings, April Michelle Owen of Monroe and Bradley Blackwelder (Deanna) of Mocksville; and his nieces, Mallory and Norah.
