It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Joe Smith of Mocksville, North Carolina, who passed away on September 14, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Oval Boyd; and his brother Harold Smith. He is survived by: his wife Thanna Riddle Smith; his brother Jackie Smith (Toni); and his siblings-in-law, Marty Smith, Jessie, Charles Sowder, Judy, Paul Smith, Christine Humphrey, George Linville, Jo-Anne, Maurine and Janice Riddle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
