He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Franklin; and his brother Billy Joe Brown. He is survived by: his wife Daphne Brown; his daughter Tracey Brown; his stepdaughters, Ginger Weeks and Gina Honeycutt; his sister Betty Gail Rogers; his grandson Quinten James "J. D." Darga; and his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Alice and Isabel.
