She was predeceased by: her parents, Taft Robertson and Nancy Robertson; her husband Kenneth Newsome; her brother Shorty Robertson; her nephews, Michael Hall, Dana Hall and Kyle Gregory; and her brother-in-law James Hendrix (William Bailey).
She is survived by: her siblings, Glenna "Sis" Hendrix, Ona Hall, Linda Gregory (Jim) and Ted Robertson (Janice); her sister-in-law Iva Nell Dorse; and her nieces, Susie Lamb (Joe), Ginger Broadway (Kenny), Kim Harris (Mark), Julie Hall and Kristi Shannon (Scot). She is also survived by great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
